Welcome to Loan Calc Hub!
Important Notice: Before using the services provided by Loan Calc Hub ("we," "us," "our," or "Loan Calc Hub"), you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") must carefully read and fully understand the entire terms of this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or "Terms").
Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use our services. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please immediately cease registering for or using our services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor using the Service, you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your ward's use of the Service.

Loan Calc Hub is a calculation and estimation tool designed to help Users perform loan-related calculations (such as monthly payments, interest, and amortization estimates) for informational purposes only.
The Service does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Any results, estimates, or outputs generated by the Service are for general reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any borrowing, lending, or financial decision. Actual loan terms offered by lenders may differ from the estimates provided by the Service. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or lender before making any financial decision.
We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation results provided through the Service.
3.1 License Grant For Service
Subject to your agreement to, and continuing compliance with, these Terms and any other relevant Loan Calc Hub policies, Loan Calc Hub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right and license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 App Specific Terms
You may agree to be bound by other terms regarding use or installation of the App, and such terms continue to apply regardless of your agreement to these Terms, except to the extent such other terms conflict with these Terms, in which case these Terms shall apply.
You agree to:
only use the latest available version of the App, and acknowledge that use of an older version may result in some or all parts of the Service being unavailable or not functioning properly;
not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access or view the source code of the App;
not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
3.3 Ownership
The App, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided by Loan Calc Hub (excluding any Posted Content or Feedback you submit), is owned by or licensed to Loan Calc Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no rights, title, or interest in the Service are transferred to you.
We welcome reviews, feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to our App or services ("Feedback"). Any Feedback you submit to us directly or through the App Stores will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting Feedback, you grant Loan Calc Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish such Feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you.
5.1 Email Communications
You may receive information or communications from Loan Calc Hub via email, including in response to queries you submit to us. By providing your email address or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiries and our Service.
5.2 Promotional Messages
We may occasionally send you promotional messages about our products and services. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before doing so, and you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in such communications or by contacting us directly.
5.3 Push Notifications
You can opt out of receiving push notifications at any time through your device settings. Please note that opting out may impact certain functionality of the Service.

The Service may undergo changes, updates, or modifications from time to time. Loan Calc Hub may require you to accept or install updates in order to continue using the Service, and may update or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without notice to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
LOAN CALC HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOAN CALC HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOAN CALC HUB'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 2, 3.3, 8, and 9) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms within the App or on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
